What are my shipping options?
We have many shipping options for both domestic and international.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

For Standard Shipping, allow 7 to 10 business days from when your package leaves our location.
For Priority, allow 3 to 5 business days from when the order leaves out location.
For Express, allow 2 business days (to most areas) from when the order leaves our location.

What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?
If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or different billing and shipping address, your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay in your order being processed.

How long will it take to get my package?
If the item is in stock, it will ship out within 1 business day and will arrive to you in accordance with your chosen shipping method. If the item is not in stock, please consider the ship date provided when choosing your size/color combination on the product page, plus the shipping time of your chosen shipping method.

What If I'm not happy with my order?
In the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a STORE CREDIT for unused merchandise within 7 business days of delivery of merchandise. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest shipping all returns with the United States Postal Service or UPS to avoid any conflicts with a return address. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.
